Monthly Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months or used credits, as our service involves immediate access to AI compute resources.
Annual Subscriptions: Due to the discounted pricing, annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 7 days from purchase.
Unused Credits: If you purchase additional credits and haven't used them, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support.
Used Credits: Credits that have been consumed for AI generation cannot be refunded, as the service has already been delivered.

Technical Issues: If our service is unavailable for more than 24 hours due to our fault, you may be eligible for credit compensation rather than cash refund.
Account Violations: Refunds are not provided for accounts that violate our Terms of Service.
