By accessing TechVyro, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. AI Credits & Usage

Our platform operates on a credit-based system:

• Free Credits: New users receive 200 free credits upon signup. These have no cash value.
• Usage: Each AI tool (Chat, Image Gen, etc.) consumes a specific number of credits (e.g., 5 credits per use).
• Depletion: Once credits are exhausted, users must upgrade to a premium plan to continue usage.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to use TechVyro for:

• Generating illegal, hateful, or explicit content.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our servers.
• Sharing your account credentials with others.

We reserve the right to ban accounts that violate these rules without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You own the rights to the images and text you generate using our platform.

Our Platform: The code, design, logos, and algorithms of TechVyro are the intellectual property of TechVyro.

5. Payments & Refunds

Premium plans are billed monthly. Due to the nature of digital goods (AI compute costs), we generally do not offer refunds once credits have been used. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

6. Disclaimer

TechVyro uses artificial intelligence. AI can sometimes produce incorrect or "hallucinated" information. We are not responsible for any actions taken based on the output generated by our AI tools.
